.This role is pivotal in optimizing our CRM capabilities and enhancing customer engagement

:Key Responsibilities

.Analyze and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM processes –

.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions –

 .Manage CRM data integrity and workflow integration –

 .Provide training and support to CRM users –

:Qualifications

 3-5 years of proven experience functioning as a System Analyst •

Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 (Preferably Dynamics 365 Online) and Power Platform (advantage) as a Business Analyst or implementor

.Excellent writing skills for system documentation (HLD, DD) help guides, and marketing materials •

 .Advanced knowledge of backlog management and user story creation •

 .Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum and/or Kanban practices •

 .Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project •

.A fast learner who is motivated, innovative, and a self-starter with a "can do" attitude •

 .Strong analytical, research, critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment •

 .Demonstrate understanding of software development lifecycle, standard processes and best practices •

.Excellent customer service skills •

 .Excellent communication and teamwork abilities •
